5 Betting Rules

• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, the affected bet will be voided and the stake will be refunded.
• If a match or event is suspended or cancelled outside of the scheduled time, the stake for that bet will be refunded.

• If evidence of match-fixing is found, kk 999 reserves the right to void all bets placed on that event.
• The maximum payout in Sports Betting will not exceed the set limit per bet.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kk 999 platform:

• Creating an account using a false identity or fraudulent information.
• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Using another person's account or placing bets on their behalf.
• Attempting to bypass the platform's systems through hacking, malware, or any other technical means.
• Bonus Abuse – attempting to claim bonus benefits in violation of the applicable rules.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing or engaging in abusive behaviour towards other members.
• Intentionally exploiting any bug or glitch on the platform.

If any of the above activities are established, kk 999 may suspend or permanently close the account without notice and forfeit the associated balance. In serious cases, legal action may also be taken.

7 Responsible Gaming

8 Account Suspension & Closure

• Upon instruction from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

Members may close their account at any time. To do so, withdraw your remaining balance and then submit a request to customer support.

For inactive accounts, a maintenance fee of up to ৳50 per month may be deducted after 12 months of inactivity.

9 Dispute Resolution

10 Limitation of Liability

Kk 999 will not be held liable for the following:

• If a bet is lost due to internet disruption or a technical issue.
• If account credentials are compromised due to the member's own negligence.
• When a transaction is delayed due to a fault with a third-party payment gateway or banking system.
• If the service is disrupted due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or government-imposed restrictions.
• Any loss resulting from incorrect information provided by a member.

In all circumstances, kk 999's maximum liability is limited to the actual balance held in the member's account.

11 Legal Jurisdiction & Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of kk 999's licensing jurisdiction. Any disputes brought before a court shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts.

Members in Bangladesh are fully responsible for using the platform in compliance with local laws. Please make sure you are aware of any local legal restrictions regarding online gaming.
